Role : Full stack Developer (MERN)

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services.
- Manage application state effectively using Redux, Redux Thunk, or Redux Saga.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ensure adherence to software development standards, security practices,



and coding guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in React.js development.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid development experience in Node.js.
- Hands-on experience working with MongoDB and Express.js.
- Experience implementing state management solutions using:
- Redux
- Redux Thunk
- Redux Saga
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Unit Testing using:
- Jest
- React Testing Library (Preferred)
- Enzyme
- Good understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and React architecture.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.

GENAI tools usage and basic understanding is also Preferred
