About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Presales qualified with a strong technical background to drive new business opportunities and support the complete sales cycle for our IT services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Services Sales, Business Development, Technical Presales, Solution Consulting, and Client Acquisition. The candidate must be comfortable understanding technical requirements, presenting IT solutions, preparing proposals, and working closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Prospect and engage with CXOs, decision-makers, IT Heads, CTOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand client business and technical requirements through discovery calls and meetings.




- Recommend suitable IT services and technology solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, solution decks, RFP/RFI responses, and SOWs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and delivery teams to create appropriate solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, solution presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Explain technical solutions in a simple and business-oriented manner to clients.
- Prepare high-level project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and commercial estimates in coordination with technical teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update activities in CRM.
