Role Description
The Director role at Kellton is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives in AI and digital transformation, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex client engagements.



The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business goals, shape technology roadmaps, and drive operational excellence across projects. Daily responsibilities include setting performance objectives, guiding project governance, managing budgets and resources, and mentoring leaders and team members. The role also involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to thought leadership and organizational growth.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in digital transformation, AI, or technology consulting, with the ability to define vision, set strategy, and manage large-scale initiatives.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including project delivery, operations, and stakeholder management in a global or multi-location environment.
- Demonstrated capability in business development, account management, and building long-term client relationships
