Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition with 10+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment within the Construction/Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in headhunting, recruiting senior and leadership-level positions, offer negotiation, stakeholder management, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership-level roles across construction and infrastructure functions.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and headhunting through various sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Lead candidate engagement, assessment coordination, salary benchmarking, and offer negotiations.




- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the Construction/Infrastructure industry.
- Proven expertise in headhunting and hiring senior-level professionals.
- Solid experience in offer management, salary negotiations, and stakeholder handling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and MIS reporting skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
