- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning and control functions,
- ensuring smooth coordination between production, procurement, and dispatch.
- Leading production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) through proactive production plan monitoring and adjustments
- Optimizing manpower utilization and material planning to improve operational efficiency
- Monitoring Work-in-Progress (WIP), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective measures to reduce waste and delays
- Ensuring effective usage of ERP/KGS systems with robust control over data accuracy and reporting
- Driving continuous improvement in delivery performance, cost control, and inventory management
- Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams such as Purchase, Stores, Production, and Sales
