Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and result-oriented E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage UltraPeak’s website and online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, pricing, inventory, order processing, promotions, marketplace advertising and sales reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage UltraPeak accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant marketplaces.
- Create and optimise product titles, descriptions, images, keywords and product specifications.
- Maintain accurate pricing, MRP, offers and inventory across all platforms.
- Monitor account health, customer ratings, reviews and marketplace compliance.
- Resolve suppressed listings, catalogue errors and account-related issues.
- Coordinate marketplace deals, coupons and promotional campaigns.

Website Operations
- Manage products, inventory, pricing,



discount codes and orders on the UltraPeak website.
- Ensure product pages contain accurate descriptions, images and required information.
- Monitor website orders, abandoned carts and conversion performance.
- Coordinate website updates with developers and the marketing team.
- Test the customer journey, payment process and checkout experience.

Orders and Inventory
- Process online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team.
- Synchronise inventory between the website and marketplaces.
- Prevent overselling, stock-outs and incorrect inventory reporting.
- Monitor returns, replacements, cancellations and undelivered orders.
- Reconcile marketplace orders, payments, fees and deductions.
- Maintain daily stock and order reports.

Sales and Advertising
- Assist with marketplace advertising and sponsored product campaigns.
- Monitor advertising expenditure, return on ad spend and conversion rates.
