Assist in firmware updates and remote configuration of Battery Management Systems (BMS).
Support technical troubleshooting for field complaints related to IoT and battery systems.
Perform functional testing and validation of IoT-enabled batteries before dispatch.
Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and service engineers.
Basic understanding of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery technology. Knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS). Basic understanding of IoT architecture and cloud connectivity. Familiarity with CAN Communication, UART, and Serial Communication. Basic knowledge of MQTT, GSM, GPS, BLE, and 4G communication modules. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Maintain accurate records of field issues and corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of lithium-ion batteries and their integration into IoT devices.
- Experience providing application support or technical support for industrial equipment/machinery products.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Internship or academic project in IoT, Embedded Systems, EVs, or Battery Technology will be an added advantage.

Timely resolution of IoT-related technical issues.
First-time issue resolution rate.
IoT system uptime and connectivity success rate.
Turnaround time (TAT) for customer complaints.
Accuracy of technical reports and documentation.
Successful commissioning and validation of IoT-enabled battery systems.
Customer satisfaction and adherence to service response timelines.
