We are looking for a confident, presentable, and proactive Business Development Executive to develop new B2B customers and generate business opportunities across India.

About Our Company

We are a manufacturing company involved in the production of:
- Current Transformers (CTs)
- SMPS & Transformers
- Specialized Cables & Meter Reading Cables
- Meter Base Assemblies
- Other custom electrical/electronic components

Key Responsibilities
- Find potential customers and decision-makers through LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other tools.
- Contact prospects through calls, emails, video calls, and physical meetings.
- Introduce our company, products, and manufacturing capabilities and understand customer requirements.
- Generate leads and convert them into enquiries, sample orders, pilot orders, and regular business.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Travel across India for customer visits and business meetings.

Requirements




- Good knowledge of computers, email, LinkedIn, Excel, and online business tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, presentable, qualified, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Willingness to travel across India is essential.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, manufacturing, electrical/electronics, or industrial sales is preferred.

Job Details
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, depending on experience and capability.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Travel: Pan-India travel required; travel expenses covered by the company.
