Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
SmartCOMM Developer
with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using the SmartCOMM platform. The role involves template development, data modeling, document generation, integrations, and end-to-end CCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic, reusable, and scalable
SmartCOMM templates
.
- Design and maintain
SmartCOMM Data Models
and data mappings.
- Work with
SmartCOMM Designer/ATD
for layouts and communication templates.
- Develop interactive communications using
Draft Editor
.
- Configure document generation, personalization, and multi-channel communications.
- Work with
XML/JSON
, data schemas,



business objects, and mapping.
- Develop and consume
SmartCOMM APIs
, REST APIs, and web services.
- Create static print layouts and responsive web layouts.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SmartCOMM applications in production.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and integration teams.
- Support deployment, migration, testing, and maintenance activities.
