Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in building material industry or related field (construction chemicals).
- Proven track record in dealing with dealer handling, distributor handling, or similar roles.
- Solid understanding of retail sales principles and practices applied to B2B transactions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
