Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their car requirements.
- Explain Maruti Suzuki car models, features, variants, finance and offers.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, references and digital platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Arrange and conduct test drives for customers.
- Achieve monthly enquiry, booking and retail targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance and Insurance teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM/DMS.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
