CoachEasily is an Indian EdTech startup helping entrepreneurs, coaches and business owners build and grow their businesses using AI.

We conduct regular webinars and learning programs for our participants. This role is responsible for ensuring the webinars run smoothly and participants receive timely support before, during and after the webinar.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly attentive and responsible person who can independently manage the complete webinar support process.

The person will host/run webinars, monitor participant queries, resolve technical or program-related issues, maintain accurate lead and participant information, and ensure proper handover of qualified leads and relevant data to the Sales Team.

This role requires solid attention to detail, good communication,



technical comfort and the ability to stay focused throughout the webinar without distractions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Webinar Management
- Run and host daily webinars on Zoom.
- Conduct webinars as per the assigned schedule and language.
- Ensure the webinar link is working before the session.
- Check laptop, internet, microphone, sound and other technical requirements before the webinar.
- Monitor the webinar continuously and ensure there are no avoidable disruptions.
- Handle basic technical issues during the webinar.

2. Participant Support During Webinar
- Monitor participant questions and queries during the webinar.
- Respond to questions related to the program, payment, links and general webinar support.
- Share payment links or relevant program links when required.
- Identify queries that can be resolved immediately and those requiring post-webinar follow-up.
