About the Role

The NRI Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers by offering customized banking, wealth management, forex, remittance, and investment solutions. The role focuses on customer acquisition, portfolio management, relationship deepening, and delivering superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow portfolio of NRI customers.
- Provide customized financial and investment solutions to clients.
- Drive CASA, deposits, forex, remittances, insurance, investments, and loan products.
- Increase customer wallet share and relationship profitability.
- Maintain regular engagement through calls, emails, and relationship meetings.
- Cross-sell third-party products such as Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, etc.
- Track inflows/outflows in mapped NRI accounts and monitor customer requirements proactively.
- Generate current business through referrals, NRI leads, brokers, and customer networks.
- Ensure high quality customer service and grievance resolution.




- Maintain complete customer profile including risk profiling and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI, and internal banking compliance norms.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the bank.
- Coordinate with branch operations, forex desk, and product teams for smooth servicing.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience
- 28 years of experience in Banking Sales / Relationship Management / Wealth / NRI Banking.
- Experience in handling affluent or HNI clients preferred.

Certifications (Preferred)
- AMFI Certification
- NISM/NCFM Certif
