About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator who will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining all collection-related data provided by the Collection Executive. The candidate will ensure that customer payment details, follow-up information, collection status, and other relevant records are properly maintained in the company's system.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and update all customer and collection data received from Collection Executives.
- Enter daily collection, payment, follow-up, and customer-related information accurately.
- Maintain proper records of pending payments, received payments, commitments, and follow-up status.
- Verify data provided by Collection Executives and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Coordinate with Collection Executives to clarify incomplete or incorrect data.




- Update customer records and collection status on a regular basis.
- Maintain Excel sheets, databases, or company software with accurate and updated information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports as required by the management.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of collection-related records.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and financial information.
- Track and maintain records of all collection activities for future reference.
- Support the Collection and Accounts teams with data and reports whenever required.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within the given timelines.

Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
