Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative architectural concepts and translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable designs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare design presentations, 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Support the preparation of tender and construction documents.
- Participate in design reviews, site visits, and project meetings.




- Work closely with project managers to maintain design quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Valid architectural registration/license (preferred where applicable).
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in architectural design and project development.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating design excellence across various project types.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
