Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, packing, dispatch, purchase, and management teams.
- Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Track order status, dispatches, deliveries, and pending orders.
- Ensure proper inventory and stock coordination with the warehouse team.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them quickly.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate targets, priorities, and updates.
- Allocate responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations.
- Maintain proper records, reports, checklists, and operational trackers.
- Monitor customer/client queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Coordinate with online marketplace operations where required, including order processing and dispatch.




- Identify operational problems and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure that company processes are followed properly by all team members.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with management for important decisions, requirements, and business updates.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Positive follow-up and time-management skills.

- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in FMCG, food, dry fruits, spices, e-commerce, warehouse, or similar industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
