Job Description

Join Indias largest tyre manufacturing R&D; team and be part of a technically driven setting focused on tyre technology, rubber compounds, materials, product development, and innovation. The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with experienced R&D; professionals on the development, evaluation, and improvement of rubber compounds and tyre products.

Key Responsibilities
- Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
- Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
- Assist in tyre material and product development projects.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Support troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.




- Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.

Qualification
- M.Tech / M.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
- Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong fundamentals in rubber technology, polymer science, and material characterization preferred.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
