We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Pharmaceutical General Trade

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader with a strong track record of driving distributor-led growth? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Gujarat and Maharashtra for a quick-growing healthcare organization.

Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai

Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical general trade sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role)

Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales through distributor and stockist networks across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Expand market reach by strengthening relationships with distributors, wholesalers, chemists, and retailers.
Improve secondary sales movement and ensure product availability across the channel.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, billing efficiency, collections, and ROI.
Lead and mentor field sales teams to improve productivity, market coverage, and execution.
Track sales targets, POB, conversion ratios, and regional performance to drive business growth.




Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular market visits and joint field working to improve execution excellence.

What We're Looking For
Graduate (Science or Pharmacy preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
Strong academic background.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical general trade and distributor-led sales.
Experience managing sales teams and driving business across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Strong understanding of secondary sales, channel development, D2R and D2S business models.
Excellent analytical, planning, and execution skills.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth setting.
