About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage financial operations, accounting processes, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit-related activities.




- Track and manage vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain financial documentation and records efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally 7.1 and ZOHO invoice
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have their own laptop

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial reporting and MIS preparation.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
