Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage global procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals to achieve strategic sourcing goals, including cost savings, quality improvements, and supplier relationship management.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to mitigate third party risk (TPRM) and optimize supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs through productive procurement processes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-17 years of experience in IT global procurement operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP MM, SRM, MS Office and Coupa or similar procurement software platforms.
- Proven track record as a Team Lead or Manager in managing high-performing teams focused on global procurement operations.
