RoleWe are looking for a proactive Client Solutions Specialist who goes beyond just "closing tickets." In this role, you will be the primary technical face of Juddoc for our customers. You will debug and trouble shoot custoemr issues in a very complex legal tech platform, dig into application log files, trouble shoot various AWS cloud services, Write SQL query to find issues and also own the post-sales technical relationshipensuring issues are fixed within SLA, driving product adoption through training, and acting as the bridge between the customer and our Engineering team. An excellent prospect to learn a very advanced AI based system.

Qualifications - (MUST HAVE):ONLY B.E/B.Tech(Computer Science)
Minimum 9.0 CGPA
Excellent English SPOKEN skill.
