- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and enquiries.
- Follow up on used-car leads, quotations, test drives and sales enquiries.
- Make service reminder and follow-up calls to customers.
- Welcome customers and provide professional front-office assistance.
- Schedule service appointments, test drives and customer visits.
- Coordinate customer requirements with Sales and Service teams.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM/DMS updates and follow-up status.
- Prepare daily call, lead and appointment reports for management.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
