Service Engineers FRESHER / EXPERIENCED in water industry (i.e. chiller/cooling tower/Ro plant)
- Adhere the Service Calls within Specified time.

 Receive the Customer list for Service from Team Leader.
 Check your service Kit & Make sure you have necessary chemicals and equipments.
 Plan and fix the schedule of customer service after consulting sales team.
 Visit customer and prepare test report & site report submit a copy reports to the concern authorized person & get sign and seal from them.
 Collect and arrange to analyze the water samples collections send to lab report to customer.
 Maintenance of customer files for all reports.




 Check for stock position at customer sites & report to sales team for immediate action and delivery before material goes out of stock.
 Identify critical issues at site and report to sales team first and to our management to take further action.
 Submit report for all site visits on next day morning. Check with customer care on a daily basis and attend to emergency calls immediately.
 Must maintain high discipline in office and at site. Any deviation in your activities will be viewed seriously and action will be taken accordingly.
 Must be present for weekly review meetings 2.00.p.m onwards.
 Every month all equipments send for calibration.
