Job Description: The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, developing account strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored telecom solutions. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of telecom networks, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and experience handling complex enterprise sales engagements.
- Responsibilities: Identify recent business opportunities and drive revenue growth for telecom equipment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within Tier-1 operator organizations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, support) to deliver customized solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in sales and business development of telecom equipment, with a focus on Tier-1 operator accounts.
- Deep understanding of telecom networks, products, and solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large customer accounts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
