We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Electrical

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10–12 years
Location: Kolkata (Head Office)

Salary: 35,000- 60,000 P.M (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of 132 kV and above substation projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Review electrical drawings, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, applicable standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to management.
- Coordinate procurement, material availability, site requirements, and project-related activities.
- Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and successful handover of substation works.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Lead and guide junior engineers and project/site teams for timely completion of projects.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, records, and progress updates.
