LearningGems Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy and people-focused Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level chance for graduates who are comfortable working with technology, communicating with clients, and coordinating project activities.

The ideal candidate will support international clients, assist with project coordination and delivery, maintain clear documentation, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global clients and provide timely support.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of projects.
- Act as a communication point between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams.
- Provide basic technical and operational support when required.
- Maintain project-related documents, reports and records.
- Track project activities, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Assist in preparing presentations,



reports and other project documentation.
- Support the team in resolving day-to-day project and client-related issues.
- Maintain professional communication with international clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong hands-on computer and technical support skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and digital tools.
