Hiring: IPD Billing & TPA Executive

Center for Sports Injury (CSI) is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IPD Billing & TPA Executive to join our hospital team at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

Handle complete IPD billing processes from admission to discharge.

Prepare and verify patient bills, estimates, deposits, refunds, and final billing.

Handle TPA/Insurance coordination and documentation.

Process cashless and reimbursement cases efficiently.

Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for pre-authorisation, approval, queries, and final settlement.

Prepare and submit required documents to TPAs/insurance companies.

Follow up on pending approvals, queries, and claim settlements.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, MRD, and other departments for billing-related requirements.

Verify investigation, procedure, medicine, room, and other hospital charges before final billing.

Ensure accurate and timely discharge billing.

Handle patient/attendant queries related to billing and insurance/TPA procedures.





Maintain proper records of IPD bills, approvals, claims, and settlements.

Ensure compliance with hospital billing and TPA documentation procedures.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital IPD billing, TPA handling, insurance desk, or healthcare billing preferred.

Strong knowledge of cashless insurance and TPA processes.

Good understanding of hospital billing procedures and documentation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Good computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital management/EMR systems.

Solid attention to detail and ability to handle billing accurately.

Ability to work under pressure and meet discharge/billing timelines.

Candidates with experience in a hospital/orthopaedic/sports injury setup will be preferred.
