About the Role

SkillPlace Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Electrical Engineering Trainer to train diploma and engineering students through practical, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in Electrical Engineering.
- Teach electrical fundamentals, machines, power systems, control systems and related subjects.
- Provide practical demonstrations and project-based learning.
- Prepare training materials, assignments and assessments.
- Help students develop industry-ready technical and professional skills.
- Track student performance and provide career guidance.
- Support placement preparation and technical interview training.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant teaching, training or industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Practical/industrial knowledge will be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills

Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Control Systems, Electrical Measurements, Basic Electronics, AutoCAD Electrical, PLC/Industrial Automation and practical electrical applications.
