Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, vision, and architectural/design direction for enterprise RPA automation teams.
- Own the technical standards and governance for automation solutions across UiPath and Blue Prism platforms.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution for automation workflows and platform issues.
- Drive engineering procedures that improve efficiency for application integration technologies.
- Champion process improvements and take accountability for automation platform assets and outcomes.

Skills Required:
- 14 - 16 years of relevant software engineering and RPA automation experience
- RPA automation engineering with strong delivery experience
- UiPath platform expertise including Orchestrator
- Blue Prism development and automation platform experience
- Automation integration experience using APIs (REST/SOAP) and scripting with VB.NET/C# or Python

Valuable to Have:
- .NET
- Python

Education: Engineering degree or equivalent experience
