Your Role:




- You will effectively manage communication, planning process, workflow, timelines and team members responsible for a client’s fund.
- Initiate and establish ongoing communication throughout the process to all teams to ensure uniformity and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop ways to effective manage inconsistency among members in the network for the client.
- Provide quality improvement options to the FR team to be presented to the auditor/client.
- Appropriately delegate to your team members to ensure the completion of work and that timelines are met.
- Review and proof team members as a measure of improvement and quality control. Provide critical feedback as a measure of improvement.
- Utilize MS Word 2003 and 2007 to create, edit and review documents for the production of financial statements for external distribution.
