About the Role

Engridd is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our Learning Management System (LMS). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise across backend, frontend, architecture, and engineering best practices. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Django, DRF, React, and TypeScript.

* Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of platform features.

* Design secure, high-performance REST APIs and up-to-date user interfaces.

* Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.

* Drive engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and documentation.

* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

* Support CI/CD, deployment, and production issue resolution.

Experience & Skills





* 10+ years of full stack development experience.

* Strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, React, and TypeScript.

* Experience designing scalable web applications and REST APIs.

* Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and modern development practices.

* Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and DevOps practices is preferred.

* Prior experience in EdTech or LMS platforms is an advantage.
