Location: Onsite - Pune

Job Responsibilities:
- As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be a part of the core team of Randstad Enterprise team.
- You will effectively use various sourcing techniques such as Google/ Xray search, Deep Sourcing and use a wide range of job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Country specific job boards, etc.) and company websites to shortlist job leads as per the participants resume and preferences.
- Track trends in job postings across geographies and industries.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency according to internal quality standards.
- Working on Randstad’s proprietary Tool to identify appropriate jobs leads for our participants from various countries.
- Monitor emerging job boards and online recruiting platforms.
- Strong team contributor and collaborator partnering with seniors and leads on developing new search ideas.





Must Skills:
- 0 to 1 year of US Recruiting / Sourcing experience. A Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Ability to demonstrate creative sourcing techniques like Talent Intelligence–Driven Sourcing, Precision Talent Sourcing, Deep Sourcing, Advanced Boolean & X-Ray Search, AI-Powered Talent Sourcing.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously.
