Job Summary

We are seeking a Java Developer with solid Category Management (CatMan) domain exposure who can design and deliver custom solutions on top of CatMan/PIM platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across functional and technical layers to build tailored extensions that meet specific business needs. This is an immediate requirement — candidates available to join at short notice are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customize Category Management (CatMan) / PIM modules using Java.
- Work closely with business/functional teams to gather customization requirements.
- Develop custom workflows, extensions, and integrations within the CatMan platform.
- Debug and optimize existing customizations for performance and stability.
- Support UAT, deployment,



and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Document technical designs and customization specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-10 years of Java development experience with proven customization work on Category Management / PIM platforms.
- Strong understanding of Category Management business processes (assortment, planogram, pricing, promotions).
- Experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.

Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with retail or CPG domain projects.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks for CatMan UI customization.
