Minimum Qualification & Experience-
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Process Trainer, Trainer, or SME/Trainer in a BPO/KPO/contact-centre environment.
- Solid knowledge of process training and operational procedures.
- Candidates with experience in New Hire Training, Refresher Training, Upskilling and OJT will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good presentation and classroom/virtual training skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and handle different learner profiles.
- Ability to conduct assessments, knowledge checks and provide individual coaching.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Ability to prepare training reports/MIS and track training effectiveness.
- Good understanding of operational metrics such as QA, AHT, Productivity, Adherence, Attendance and Shrinkage.





Preferred Certifications / Exposure-
- Certified Train-the-Trainer qualification.
- COPC Standards knowledge or experience working in a COPC-compliant/certified operation will be preferred.

Individual COPC training/certification from an authorized COPC programme will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
