Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of new bakery products, ensuring process excellence and quality control.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes using CakePHP technologies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for biscuits, bread, cookies, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Robust understanding of automation tools such as CakePHP for process improvements.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
