We are looking for an experienced Rubber Technologist responsible for rubber formulation development, compounding, testing, R&D;, process optimization, and technical problem-solving. The role will also involve managing the Rubber Division and supporting recent product development and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize rubber compounds/formulations as per customer specifications.
- Select suitable rubber, fillers, curatives, and other raw materials.
- Manage rubber mixing, compounding, and testing activities.
- Conduct physical, chemical, rheological, and cure testing.
- Troubleshoot rubber material and processing issues through root-cause analysis.
- Lead trials for new compounds and moulds and establish process parameters.
- Support NPD through feasibility studies, reverse engineering, and material-grade selection.
- Ensure rubber compounds meet customer drawings and material specifications.




- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Engineering, Sales, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage laboratory equipment, calibration, AMC, inventory, and third-party NABL testing.
- Maintain formulations, test results, technical reports, and documentation.
- Lead and supervise the Rubber Division team.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- PGDIRI/Rubber Technology qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in rubber industry, preferably in rubber compounding, material testing, or product development.
- Strong knowledge of rubber materials, compounding, processing, and testing equipment.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
