Role Description
The Telemarketer role at Aravali Honey Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote honey products, explain features and pricing, and identify customer needs. Daily tasks include handling inbound inquiries, providing product information, answering basic questions, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, updating customer details in the system, and achieving call and conversion targets. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.
