Role & responsibilities

Operate and monitor cartridge filling machines/equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing requirements.

* Perform machine setup, line clearance, changeover and basic troubleshooting.

* Operate autoclaves for sterilization of equipment, components and materials as per approved procedures.

* Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations are carried out within defined limits.

* Follow GMP/cGMP, SOPs, aseptic practices and safety requirements.

* Maintain production area cleanliness and comply with cleanroom practices.

* Complete batch records, equipment logbooks and other production documentation accurately.

* Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QA/QC during production activities.





* Report deviations, breakdowns and abnormalities to the concerned supervisor/manager.

* Support preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning and routine checks.

* Ensure proper handling of materials, components and finished products.

* Coordinate with Engineering, QA, QC and Warehouse teams for smooth production operations.

* Follow EHS requirements and secure working practices.

* Support audits, investigations, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
