Job Description

Northeast Auto Creations is looking for an experienced and skilled Head Mechanic to lead our mechanical team and oversee the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of multiple car brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the workshop mechanical team.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues.
- Perform and oversee engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, and other mechanical repairs.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired according to quality and safety standards.
- Inspect completed work and ensure proper repair quality.
- Guide junior mechanics and improve team productivity.
- Identify vehicle problems accurately and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Maintain proper workshop discipline, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and Service Advisor.

Requirements




- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mechanic or senior/head mechanic.
- Strong experience in multi-brand car repair and servicing.
- Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and mechanical systems.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment will be an advantage.
