Purpose/Objective

We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to lead and manage strategic Defence & Aerospace programs from initiation through successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and control of multiple projects while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, budget, and delivery timelines.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities of Role
- Lead end-to-end program management for Defence & Aerospace projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Drive project governance through regular reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.




- Manage project documentation, change requests, and configuration control.
- Ensure timely procurement and sourcing activities to support program requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to contractual commitments and organizational objectives.
- Support bid management, project estimation, and proposal planning for recent business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Defence quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Lead customer meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.
- Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
