Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end
BPO transition and transformation projects

- Drive transition planning, execution, governance, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage
Knowledge Transfer (KT)

activities, documentation, process walkthroughs, and handover.
- Oversee
data migration

, validation, reconciliation, and transition readiness.
- Manage procurement operations across
P2P and S2P

processes.
- Coordinate operations involving
SAP, SAP Ariba, vendor management, and invoice processing

.
- Identify transition risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Work closely with business, operations, technology, procurement, and vendor teams.
- Establish transition KPIs, SLAs, governance mechanisms, and performance reporting.
- Ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations with minimal business disruption.





Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- BPO transitions industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven
Project Management and Transition Management

experience.
- Strong experience in
Knowledge Transfer and Data Migration

.
- Robust background in
Procurement Operations

.
- Hands-on knowledge of
P2P (Procure-to-Pay)

and
S2P (Source-to-Pay)

processes.
- Experience with
SAP and SAP Ariba

.
- Strong understanding of
Vendor Management and Invoice Processing

.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
