Primary Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable voice/IVR and conversational AI systems using AWS and LLM-based intent engines
Develop and enhance intelligent intent detection using LLMs (Bedrock/OpenAI) integrated with AWS Lex or custom pipelines
Build and manage backend services and APIs using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS)
Implement end-to-end IVR solutions including call routing, prompt design, fallback strategies, and AI-driven responses




Lead cloud architecture decisions ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost optimization
Monitor applications using AWS CloudWatch; create dashboards, alerts, and log analysis for proactive issue resolution
Integrate IVR systems with telephony platforms and enterprise systems
Optimize system performance for latency, accuracy, and reliability in real-time voice interactions
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews, best practices, and DevOps processes
