Role Summary:
Develop, test, commission, and maintain PLC/SCADA/HMI programs for industrial automation, ensuring reliable control, safety interlocks, and seamless integration with field devices and higher-level systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify PLC logic (ladder, FBD, STL/SCL) and HMI/SCADA screens
- Commission PLCs, drives, and field instruments; perform I/O checks and FAT/SAT
- Integrate with VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and communication networks (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
- Implement alarms, interlocks, fail-safes, and data logging; optimize cycle times
- Troubleshoot control systems; produce manuals, backups, and change logs
- Collaborate with electrical/mechanical teams; support site installation and training
- Adhere to safety and coding standards (IEC 61131-3) and cybersecurity guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on with Siemens (STEP 7/TIA Portal), Rockwell (RSLogix/Studio 5000), Schneider, Mitsubishi (plus)
- Knowledge of SCADA/HMI (WinCC, Wonderware/AVEVA, FactoryTalk), networks, and P&IDs;
- Robust diagnostics, instrumentation basics, and field commissioning experience
