WTF Gyms is building a scaled, technology-enabled fitness business across multiple locations. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can bring control, clarity and commercial thinking to a rapid-moving operating setting.

ROLE MISSION

Own the financial planning, management reporting and control rhythm for our gyms and business units. You will turn numbers into decisions, strengthen cash and cost discipline, and give leadership a reliable view of performance.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly variance analysis.
• Build and maintain gym-wise, city-wise and business-unit P&Ls.;
• Prepare accurate monthly MIS covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, collections, payables and key operating metrics.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to identify cost leakages, improve unit economics and track corrective actions.
• Own cash-flow forecasting, working-capital visibility, banking coordination and payment planning.
• Strengthen financial controls, approval matrices, reconciliations and documentation.




• Coordinate with accounting, tax and audit partners for timely close, compliance and audit readiness.
• Build decision models for recent gyms, pricing, capex, staffing and other growth initiatives.
• Improve finance processes and dashboards so management has one dependable source of truth.
• Lead and develop finance team members while staying hands-on with critical analysis.

• Leadership receives timely, decision-ready MIS and forecasts.
• Gym-level profitability and variance drivers are visible and acted upon.
• Cash, collections, payables and cost commitments are controlled proactively.
• Financial data is reconciled, audit-ready and trusted across teams.
• Finance is seen as a business partner, not only a reporting function.
