Role Purpose
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading service operations in the assigned region, ensuring high-quality customer support, operational excellence, and timely service delivery across installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits.
The role will also focus on customer relationship management, service team leadership, OEM coordination, and driving service business through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spare parts, upgrades, refurbishment, and modernization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Service Operations
Lead end-to-end service delivery, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits.
Manage field service activities, engineer deployment, site visits,



and resource allocation to ensure timely customer support.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining defined service KPIs and SLAs.
Improve machine uptime and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers across the assigned region.
Handle customer escalations promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits and participate in service review meetings.
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related concerns.
Support AMC renewals and identify prospects for service upgrades and modernization.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Engineers.
Allocate resources effectively
