Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer with solid expertise in Performance Engineering, Performance Testing, and programming. The ideal candidate should have an engineering-oriented development background and be capable of independently driving performance testing, deep-dive analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization across complex enterprise applications.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Strong expertise in Performance Engineering covering Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity Testing.
Mandatory hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
Experience with other performance testing tools such as JMeter / LoadRunner / k6.
Solid programming/scripting skills in Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy.
Experience with workload modelling and performance strategy.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, distributed applications, and application architecture.
Hands-on experience with SQL and database performance analysis.




Solid experience with APM & Observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, or Splunk.
Experience with AWS / Azure and cloud-based performance engineering.
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.
Understanding of Docker / Kubernetes environments.
Robust experience in JVM performance analysis, including GC, Heap, and Thread analysis.
Expertise in performance bottleneck identification, deep-dive RCA, troubleshooting, and performance optimization recommendations.
Experience in application and infrastructure performance analysis.
Ability to interact with customers/stakeholders, present performance findings, and drive technical discussions.
Experience in mentoring and guiding junior performance engineers.
Experience developing performance utilities, frameworks, or accelerators is preferred.
