Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Trivandrum, Kochi

Must-Have Skills

8–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including technical leadership of complex Salesforce implementations.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, sharing rules, governor limits, and design patterns.
Experience with Trigger Frameworks, asynchronous processing, large-data-volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization.
Solid experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and secure integration patterns.
Proven experience providing technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and coordinating onshore/offshore development teams.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD, including Git-based source control, automated testing, and deployment/release pipelines.




Experience delivering solutions across Salesforce Clouds, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, Lightning Pages, and Dynamic Forms.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical designs, trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and production impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
