- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Electrical to manage and execute MSEDCL/MSEB electrical infrastructure and utility shifting projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end execution of MSEB/MSEDCL utility shifting and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Manage HT/LT line works, DTC shifting, transformer erection, cable laying, and related electrical activities.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with MSEDCL officials for approvals, shutdowns, inspections, testing, and clearances.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare project progress reports.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at site.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Store, Planning, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and MSEDCL requirements.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project costs,



material consumption, and resource utilization.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, DPR, MIS, work progress reports, and completion records.
- Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 710 years of experience in Electrical Project Execution.
- Experience in MSEDCL/MSEB projects, utility shifting, HT/LT lines, DTC, transformers, and electrical infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, site execution, manpower management, and client coordination.
- Experience in handling multiple project sites will be an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, ERP/Odoo, and project reporting will be preferred.
