Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage tractor loan collections by visiting customers, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
- Conduct field collections to recover outstanding payments from borrowers.
- Ensure timely payment collection through effective communication with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers during the collection process.
- Identify potential risks and escalate them to senior management for further action.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in debt collection or related field (collections, recovery).
- Robust knowledge of tractor loans and agricultural lending practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a rural setting.
