We are looking for a Java Technical Lead Training & Development with 3-4 years of experience in Java development and technical training. The candidate will lead technical learning initiatives, mentor team members, and provide hands-on guidance in Java and software development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor developers in Java and software development.
- Provide technical guidance on Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Plan and deliver technical training and upskilling programs.
- Develop technical materials, coding exercises, and practical assignments.
- Support developers in coding, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops.
- Identify skill gaps and implement suitable development programs.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.





Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in Java development and/or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Robust communication, presentation, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, or related fields.
